You deal with the people doing the work. There's no account manager in between and no offshore handoff.
Not in practice. We work by email, shared links and video calls, and we keep afternoon hours that overlap with the US business day. Invoices are in US dollars and you can pay by card or bank transfer.
You do. The domain stays in your name, and at launch you get the code and every account login. If you leave us, you take everything with you.
It only answers from information you approve: your services, prices, hours and policies. When a question falls outside that, it says so and passes the conversation to you. It always tells customers it's an assistant.
The teardown is still useful to them. Many clients hand our notes to their current provider, and that's fine with us.
